Evening menu sample 1

Starter:- Blinis & smoked salmon
Main course:- Normandy pork (pork braised with apples and mushrooms), accompanied by risotto rice & green vegetables
Dessert:- Individual rustic fruit tarts, served with cream or ice cream


Vegetarian menu sample 1 
Starter:- as above or blinis with creamy pea pesto
Main:- Oven baked mushroom risotto
Dessert:- as above

Starter:- Goat cheese tartlets
Main Course:- Beef in beer with garlic crust served with roast potatoes & variety of green vegetables

Dessert:-  Lemon posset and biscuits

Evening meal served with local French wine and cheese course.

Some seasonal local dishes will be incorporated into the week's menus. We will do our best to cater for special diets but need to be informed at least a fortnight before arrival
